Q: How do I order a gift? 

A: You can place your order online through our website. If you want a custom gift request please contact us so we can better serve you! 

Q: Can you deliver my gift to title? 

A: Yes, of course! When ordering your gift check off the box "Delivery in San Antonio" and fill out the necessary information and we'll deliver to title with a 24-hour notice. 

Q: What pop-by gifts? 

A: Our pop-by gifts are smaller gifts that are $10 each and require a minimum purchase order of 10. These gifts are great for referrals, listing appointments, thank you gifts.... the possibilities are endless! 

Q: What is your refund policy? 

A: Since our gifts are custom and made-to-order there are no refunds or exchanges once your order has been placed. 

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: Unfortunately no, all orders must go through the website. 

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Your tracking number will be emailed to you 24-48 hours after your order has been processed. If your gift is being delivered locally in San Antonio we will notify you once it's out for delivery and once it has been delivered. 

Q: When will my order be ready for curbside pickup? 

A: When your order is placed through the website and you schedule a pick-up time (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM), once your pickup time is confirmed, your gift will be ready for pickup.  

Q: What if I miss my scheduled curbside pickup time? 

A: If you miss your scheduled pickup time be sure to contact us so we can reschedule for the next business day.
